Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Astro® Original Balkan Plain 6% yogurt
  • 
¼ cup (60 mL) lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard 

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce 

  • ¼ cup (60 mL) olive oil
  • 
1 clove minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over beef or chicken. This will marinate 1-2 pounds of meat.
